Eligibility for Returns
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice.
- Used, washed, or damaged socks are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support within 5–7 days of receiving your order. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed within a few business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchange
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, a refund will be provided instead.
Non-Returnable Items
Items purchased on sale or at discounted prices may not be eligible for return unless defective.
